American Eagles allows any new students the opportunity to experience (1) Free Trial Lessons at our gymnastics center if requested.

There are no obligations, but the following restrictions do apply.....1)Trial Lesson must be scheduled in advance. 2)This offer is valid for first time participants only. Please see coupon at bottom of page.

Annual Family Membership Fee

Each family that joins American Eagles Gymnastics is required to pay a $35.00 annual family membership fee.

The annual fee is the same regardless of the number of immediate family members enrolled. Used to offset the tremendous costs of liability insurance, this fee is paid upon initial registration and each twelve months thereafter. Upon payment of the annual fee, each currently enrolled family member will receive an American Eagles T-shirt.

Family Discounts & Payments

American Eagles Gymnastics greatly appreciates the fact that many of our families have more than one student registered for classes. Families wishing to enroll more than one child may deduct 10% from their second and/or third child's fees. Deductions must be taken from the lesser fees.

Remember....only one annual fee per family. For obvious safety and security reasons, AEG does not keep cash on the premises. We ask that you make tuition payments through check, Visa or Mastercard.

Makeup Policy

American Eagles definately allows and encourages makeups if classes have or will be missed. AEG will always do it's best to be cooperative in meeting makeup needs due to travel, illness, etc......however, makeups may not, and will not be credited to succeeding sessions.

1) Makeups must be scheduled in advance.

2) Makeups must take place in the same skill level class.

3) Makeups must take place during the same 8 week session.

Scheduling is the responsibility of the individual parent(s). No monetary reimbursements available.

Refund Policy

Refund of tuition may be requested prior to the start of any session if already paid for. Annual Family Membership Fees are non-refundable. Tuition refunds are not available after the first day of a new session. Tuition may be credited to a future session if requested in writing.

Weather Cancellations

In the event that it becomes necessary for AEG to cancel classes due to inclement weather, the telephone recording at the gym will be changed to reflect the appropriate cancellations a minimum of one hour before the scheduled classes. If ever in doubt....PHONE AHEAD or CHECK OUR WEBSITE.
