Our backround and the Club's history
American Eagles Gymnastics was founded by Mark Fahrnbach in 1982. For several years Mark
had been a very successful Head Coach for a previous owner. When the opportunity arose, Mark purchased the club, renamed
it American Eagles Gymnastics, and the rest is history!
As a former football player and
coach, Mark understands what it takes to be athletically successful! Throughout
his almost 30 years of sole ownership, Mark developed and coached more than several national level gymnasts.
Many of his gymnasts have gone on to college with gymnastic scholarships.
Under his guidance, the club has served over 20,000 local children and their families.
Mark served
as a board member on Ohio's Gymnastics Board of Directors for 28 years, contributing so much to the sport we all love. He
is well known across the country as a man of his word and someone who will always tell you the truth.
Together since 2004, Mark and his wife Trish continue to offer
the community quality gymnastics. Our innovative pre-school and recreational classes allow your child to
experience the pride of strengthening their bodies and minds. Mark's motto has always been:
